Law Enforcement Misconduct Complaint Form
The Law Enforcement Misconduct Investigative Office (LEMIO) seeks to protect the safety and civil rights of New Yorkers by investigating allegations of law enforcement misconduct. If you have information regarding misconduct, including if you are an officer or employee of a covered agency subject to Executive Law § 75(5)(a), please proceed. Please be aware that LEMIO is required to inform law enforcement agencies of allegations involving their personnel unless we determine that special circumstances require confidentiality.
